Our extensive background with groups is what gives you benefits – we design, contract and operate our tours ourselves, not just booking something “canned” by a distant operator.

When the city of Ottawa decided to create the world’s first Twinning Games in the Hague, they looked at every one of over 100 travel companies in Ottawa – chains, franchises, independents, large and small.  After an exhaustive independent competition, they chose us as most likely to provide a good quality travel experience at a reasonable cost.

There is no extra cost for our expertise, contacts or work – they are at your disposal! Our pricing is realistic and competitive and based on our group travel experience for more than two decades.

We are across North America and Europe frequently and are available on request to meet with organizers, participants, parents, etc.

We provide first-hand pre-checking of airlines, buses, accommodations, sightseeing, performing venues, etc., as well as coordination and cooperation with local organizers.

Obtaining and distributing to participants advance preparatory material.

Arranging pre-departure explanatory and orientation meeting(s) as necessary for briefing re: destinations.

Advance explanatory information regarding insurance needs.

Providing participants with comprehensive kit of useful on-tour information.

Free $100,000 air flight and common carrier accident insurance for each group participant.

Experienced group tour planners involved in every stage to ensure smooth arrangements.

Tour directors and escorts will see the group off on day of departure and to accompany them on tour; assistance will be provided on arrival to facilitate transfers, baggage handling, etc.

The same functions during the return trip will be performed.

Special attention provided to the needs of the handicapped or disabled, special dietary needs, etc.

Advice on clothing, packing, luggage, money and travelers cheques, valuables, electrical appliances, pre-departure activities, customs and import information, tipping, shopping, health and medications, photographic equipment and general travel tips.

Forms necessary for registration, payment, etc. will be provided.  These forms are extremely important in order to elicit all necessary relevant information.

Pre-registration of all to speed up getting into your accommodations on tour.

Cooperation by firms and consultants with whom we work closely to ensure suitability of all plans.

Travel consultant to be assigned exclusively to coordinating necessary activities by our associates for your tour.

We will ensure that participants receive tickets, reservations and materials in a timely fashion.

Plus any services traditionally expected of a travel agency such as personal holiday extensions after the group tour is over.

The bottom line is your tour and its proper execution require you to have the best support possible.
